2/5 Changed arrial date into Manzanillo to April 18th.
2/5 Changed arrival date for transit Puntarenas to Seattle, will arrive
late on 2nd to the dock on 3rd July.
2/5 Changed departure date for Hickey to accomidate science loading and
fueling.
6/10 Changed departure date for Hickey to 7/6 to accommodate fueling
before cruise begins. Updated proposal numbers.
7/4 Changed departure date from Costa Rica.
7/4 Changed arrival and departure for Seattle, arrive 7/2 depart 7/7.
8/3 Added 2 days to Seattle to WHOI transit.
8/3 Changed Babb departure to Oct. 20.
