11/18 Removed Stein 30 days.
11/21- advanced Spring CalCOFI, added more days to Steward cruise, and
changed funding status of Summer CalCOFI, added Zumberge/Chadwell
12/8  added 3 pending BP days for Zumberge test cruise in March and
shipyard period in Oct/Nov.
Reduced Marc Stewart's cruise by 3 days transfering time back to
SPL/D'Spain and moving departure to 10 August.
3/14- Added Gaherty cruise

3/15- Delay by one day Zumberge March cruise.
4/13- Split up Zumberge's 6 days 2 in May 2 in June and 2 unscheduled.
Added 3 days for Constable AGO

4/18- added on day to Zumberge's June cruise

5/1- Cowen NSF Rapid Response cruise added to schedule.  Constable,
Seibel, and Zumberge/Chadwell have all agreed to delay their cruises.
6/16-Ralph Keeling will not be using his time in July.
8/8 - delay sailing of D'Spain-SPL  and Stewart NH Monterey Bay cruises
9/8-delay sailing of Gaherty cruise by 2 days
10/16- Adjusted Gaherty's cruise dates to reflect early arrival.
10/16 - Deleted unschedule cruises for Zumberge (2-BP), Chadwell (2-BP),
and Keeling (2-NSF)
