2/6 Advance Bishop, delay Kuperman to be back to back with D'Spain (same
gear)  Place holder for M. Noble in May and June will only carry out one
recovery cruise.  Insert Babcock, in Peter Franks place in August.
2/11 Insert Hildebrand in August reduce Davis by one day.
2/12 Remove May cruise for Noble, Move Hildebrand August cruise one day
later.
2/18  Remove 14 days of ONR/D'Spain, science funds unavailable.
Rearranged D'Spain April days, NOTE See loading begins on the 9 April-
blocks out two weekends.

3/11 - Advance D'Spain to match Navy Tug schedule
3/17 -Split D'Spain and shorten by one day 27-29 April.

3/22- added 3 week 01 level repair work in Oct/Nov.

3/25 - Insert 2 day cruise for Hildebrand in April, from an uscheduled
day and by reducing August cruise by one day.

4/6 - Dever/Dickey adjustments (Port Hueneme port stop)
5/7 -Adjust D'Spain actual sail dates in  April. Moved Pineda to NH 11
days vs.15 due to Sproul unavailability, move NSF inspection from OCT to
NOV.
5/28 Move Noble June cruise one day later and reduce funding by one day
to accommodate extended shipyard period.
6/9 added BP days for Chadwell.

6/15- Added two Babcock cruises; Oct & Nov.
6/15- Moved Davis cruises later.
7/20-Moved one funded Hildebrand/Navy day from August cruise to Pt. Sur
7/26-Add 4 days of MMS funding to Dever/Hickey September to recover MMS
Moorings.  This will take the place of 01/05 cruise on Sproul
8/12-add one funded NSF day for N. Gruber in November

9/14 - Adjusted Dever Sept. cruise
9/??  Carry forward Hodgkiss days to 2005

9/28 - removed 2 unscheduled days for Davis.  Added Gruber NSF #
10/5 - Wiggins/Hildebrand cruise scheduled for Nov.

10/4-  Postpone Gruber into 2005.
